One subject
that I have been meaning to talk about for a while is the idea of a rupture
quota. I think it’s a wonderful idea that needs more attention. Castration
quotas and the idea of mass rupture occasionally come up in the press but I feel
the subject is not debated enough. A Rupture quota is basically this.
In some
areas the use of testicular rupture is rare yet for a healthy society men need
to fear punishment. Also women need to feel safe and comfortable using rupture
so knowing it has been used in their local area before helps. The problem is in
the early days when it is introduced to an area, let’s say a city, only a few
companies and places use it so only very few men experience rupture. Also few women
are exposed to it so are less likely to use it.
The problem
here is it can take a while for things to get moving, or to get popping, so to
speak. So to accelerate things a certain percentage of men are forced to
undergo rupture. Depending on the proposer the idea is a certain percentage of
men aged 18 to 50 (Sometimes higher) are to have a testicle ruptured then destroyed.
Also depending on the proposer the men who are to be ruptured are to have it
done so they feel varying levels of pain. Some say the testicles should just be
crushed flat in a vice ending them quickly other say the male needs to feel
slow testicle torture and PRT.
There are
different thoughts on the selection process. I like the idea of a percentage of
men being decided by an all women panel then women around the city being able
to nominate men to be ruptured. That way the most deserving men lose a ball.
But some say in the interest of fairness the men should be selected at random.
Then these randomly selected men can say they lost the testicle to the quota if
questioned in the future so don’t have the stigma of being a criminal.
As for the
way its done to the man I feel that it’s important to not just normalize testicular
rupture but post rupture torture as well. So men should have the testicle
destroyed as slowly as possible in the hope that each man spends several hours
in extreme pain as he feels a testicle being taken apart by skilled hands. I
would like to see each man feeling several different types of post rupture
torture and whatever one causes him the most pain being focused on.
I think
this is the fairest way as the length of the punishment is dictated on how long
the man’s testicle lasts. Also if all men are punished in a way as to make sure
they feel the highest level of pain possible for the longest amount of time
possible then no man can say they were unfairly treated. This should help the
men to accept the quota if they are selected. Also women can say that they took
the mens feelings into account and tried to be fair and reasonable.
Also it
will help women feel more comfortable about using PRT. PRT is an excellent tool
and should always be used after a testicle ruptures so we need to support this
as well.
The men
selected for this should be told that this isn’t personal and they are not
hated. They should know this is for the greater good and only face stigma is
they object. This way the men selected are being treated fairly and without
malice.
Sadly there
is some push back against these ideas from men who don’t want to change or see
a better world. I think these quotas are fair on men and quite reasonable. They
have the potential to very quickly make a whole city safer for women and better
for all. It really is a shame they are not more common. But I do hope you guys
can read this and have a thing. Please do comment and let me know your thoughts
on how a quota should be used.
reading this as a man and its a scary prospect. It would involve a lot of innocent men taking a very painful and destructive punishment. I want to object to this but the fact is that it would help to make these much needed punishments more common place. After this all men would know that they will be held accountable if this do wrong and women will feel safe. I would obviously be terrified if this was announced but thats the point. So even though I am a man I would support the quota but would also hope I wasnt picked. But I do like the way Lucy takes about making it fairer on the men and them not having any stigma as long as they cooperate.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a fantastic idea and a great way to introduce and popularize testicular rupture to women in places where it is not yet common. I do think full castration should be included in addition to the rupture of one testicle, maybe for every other man selected for the quota. As for the selection process, while I see the value in an all women panel, I lean towards random selection. That way you'll get a wider selection of men and maybe some that women might not otherwise think to suggest for punishment.
ReplyDeleteOk I might be a man but I think this is a bit too much. I know men behave badly and they do deserve punishment and sure rupture does have a place. I dont think anyone can deny that but I think women are too quick to use rupture when deciding a punishment for a man. The pain of rupture is so extreme and the torture afterwards is just hell. Its not fair for a man to go through that if he has done nothing wrong.
ReplyDeleteTo the man above. I disagree and think you are looking at this from a biased male centric perspective. First, life itself is not fair. Take for instance all of the historic and present mistreatment of women by men. Many if not most of these injustices are not punished and those men are not held accountable. We can't catch all of them and hold them accountable so a quota like this can indirectly ensure that more of them get punished properly. Who is to say those men haven't done anything wrong, we just haven't discovered or found them guilty of anything yet. After all, how many men are truly blameless and undeserving of rupture? Second and most importantly, you have not considered how this benefits women. Women can derive a tremendous amount of enjoyment from rupture and PRT. Their happiness and entertainment should weigh more heavily than the discomfort that a man feels. Finally, the societal benefit from the greater popularization of rupture and PRT should not be ignored. Many women would be empowered and exposed to it, which in term could drastically reduce bad male behaviors and crime.

Firstly I fully support the use of testicular rupture as a method of punishment and PRT. I know that men need to be held accountable for wrong doing and there needs to be a deterrent. I know for myself that when rupture started being used in my community I very quickly changed my behavour and now think carefully about what I say and do. SO it does work.
DeleteIt’s a good thing and we do need ways to promote rupture as well as PRT. PRT really does add to the fear aspect so it really is important so it needs promoting. At present I don’t think women are as comforatable with PRT as they are with rupture and its either not happening or the sessions are too short. So I agree with that but rather than the men being selected at random how about the men be nominated. For instance if you knew me and felt I deserved it you could nominate me for the quota or if you felt I was a good man you wouldn’t. That way men who have committed crime are punished. Then hopefully women can feel enough pleasure from that?
I really don’t mean to be selfish and I do respect that men do have a debt to pay but rupture then PRT is an extreme punishment. Even a strong man will beg for mercy after a few miutes of PRT but sessions can easily exceed 2 hours. Then that ball is gone forever. I think it’s a lot to do to a man who hasn’t commited a crime.

The most important thing is that we agree on the most fundamental elements. It is beneficial to have some disagreement and definitely great to have an exchange of ideas on how to structure and improve this quota system.
DeleteLike most things in life, there are pros and cons to the 2 proposed selection methods for the quota system. I think Lucy and the anonymous posters did a good job representing them. To summarize, we have a completely random lottery selection process or a selection process based on the decision making of a panel. Interestingly, a fairness argument can be made to support either quota selection method. For instance, the random selection prevents any human bias or subjectively but imposes a harsh punishment on men who may not have done anything to deserve it. On the other hand, the selection being made by a panel can be fair as the panel can select only the men that most deserve testicular rupture/PRT but there is human subjectivity involved. Mistakes can be made in either direction.
In reality there are many potential selection methods. For instance, a 3rd hybrid method is a possibility where the panel fills out a portion of the quota and then a random selection method is used to fill out the remaining portion of the quota. This might be a good idea if the panel can't select enough men to meet the quota.
Here are my thoughts/preferences:
1. I support the Panel selection method.
2. Unquestionably, the Panel should an ALL WOMEN panel selected from the community/city.
3. The Panel members should be selected only by women in the broader community through a special democratic election process.
4. All men in the community/city between the ages of 18-50 are required to publicly register their name, submit a picture of themselves and fill out a questionnaire. Registration constitutes consent to the authority of the Panel.
5. Male selection for rupture requires only a single Panel member's vote.
6. A majority vote of the panel determines the number of ruptures and the method/methods of PRT used on each man.
7.Panel members may select men for rupture based on their own reasoning/justifications. No criteria for male selection needs to be met/demonstrated.
8. All Panel member selections are final and there is no appeals process for the men.
9. At least 25% of the quota should be met by men having both testicles ruptured/destroyed.
10. All ruptures should be held in a location open to the public and live streamed/broadcasted on public access tv/internet. This furthers governmental transparency and maximizes public participation and affords the public equal access. Also maximizes the exposure of the public to rupture and PRT, which will go a long way in normalizes this throughout the local community and beyond.

DeleteThose are some really good ideas for the rupture quota. Having the ruptures live streamed/recorded is definitely the way to go, especially to improve its popularity. Amy, do you have any thoughts about a way for women to report men to the panel for their consideration when they do not know their names? Maybe a woman is riding on a train/bus and a man looks at her inappropriately but he is a stranger so she does not know his name.
DeleteI think it's sounds like a good idea and I agree with the plan Amy laid out. I think it would be great if the sessions were open for any interested women to participate in. They could then get to personally try out ballbusting on the selected male before his ball or balls were ruptured. Getting a taste of torturing a pair of testicles would encourage and empower women and lower the bar for adopting male torture into their own lives.
DeleteI agree and but also respectfully disagree with you Amy. Your system sounds perfect for a judicial system, particularly for crimes against women. A court system with all female judges deciding whether men are guilty and how they should be punished is perfectly fair. Having public punishments that are recorded/live streamed it s terrific idea that would do wonders in deterring criminals and in spreading acceptance and support for PRT. I support it completely. I disagree that is system is best for the quota as a quota is not about merit/fairness. It is just a blind policy to enforce an outcome. In this case, there would be a certain number of balls that would be required to be ruptured in a city each year and this system would make sure that that number is reached. Your 4th point is a good idea as we need all men aged 18-50 to be registered and then from there we use a random selection or non merit based selection process to determine who will experience PRT. These PRT punishments should be conducted to conform with your 10th point so that they are all public. This will normalize PRT and encourage women to use it without stigma and will make things safer for women as men will fear doing anything that will justify their balls getting ruptured. This seems the fairest way to conduct the Quota but your judicial system should be in place at the same time.

ReplyDeleteI went to a college where ball kicking and even rupture was pretty normalized. I love these ideas. I agree it should be a mix of random selection and a panel. Random selection is just hilarious from a woman’s perspective. It doesn’t matter how “good” a guy is, if his number’s up, it’s up. And he gets the same merciless ball torture destruction as a guy who more “deserves” it. At the end of the day, all guys deserve it. For women, isn’t there also something exciting destroying the testicles of a completely innocent and nice guy?
ReplyDeleteI also like the panel, as I think women should all have a chance at some point to be in that position of deciding whose balls to destroy and whose to spare. I think all women should feel that power, no? I think their decisions should be limited to two minutes per man, just to make it clear that no man’s manhood is worth more discussion than that. The women on the panel should each get to select at least one guy for themselves to personally destroy.
I think all guys should have their ball destruction be determined by the women assigned the pleasure of doing it. It was terrible for me to watch as a guy but I am so happy the women really all enjoyed it. They should. It’s their right. Your University sounded your a very fun and progressive institution and I wish I could have experienced it for myself. I am very curious, did you ever describe your experiences in the "research project?" I would really like to hear all of the details and how the project went at the end. Please share some more details.
The research project tested a few different things. Some guys were tested to see if daily or semi-regular kicks to the balls would decrease fertility. Wasn’t just kicks, could be other trauma like squeezing, etc. I was lucky enough to be in that group, as it meant my balls were needed for the long term. Although it meant daily ball pain. Other guys weren’t so lucky and had their balls crushed, some at the beginning of the project, some mid way and some later. They tested a range of things, from experimental pain killers to the complete opposite - sensation enhancers. They tested lots of fertility drugs and treatments. Some relied on the crushed ball tissue. Others were to test the effectiveness of the drugs as fertility went down. Guys turned into eunuchs were mainly tested in terms of social behaviour, to see if their behaviour became more pro-social. Spoiler alert - it did. Turns out crushing guys’ balls does improve their behaviour.

They wanted to study with close observation all of the dynamics (facial expressions, etc) of sisters popping their brothers testicles. After selection is done, I think it's not conducive to inform the man. He might resist or try to get out of it, and apprehending him and carrying out the rupture will just take further resources and time.
ReplyDeleteInstead of ordering selected men to report for rupturing, just send a notice to the his female relatives (mother, sisters if he has any) that he is due for a rupture. Or a notice could be sent to his teacher, female doctor, neighbor, etc. They can then carry out the rupture procedure their own way.
If the selection is random, then that selection process can also involve women directly. Just send a notice to random women that they would be rewarded by the state if they rupture x number of men's testicles. Whether those testicles belong to their brothers, sons, boyfriends, husbands, or even strangers is up to them.
My wife decided i needed to lose a testicle. I had done nothing wrong that i am aware of. She just wanted to rupture one. So i guess i was a randomly selected ball. How to select men?
Random selection has the great advantage that any man can be chosen to lose a ball. So, even a man who has never harmed anyone or anything. He is chosen, so he loses a ball. And that is a scaring idea for men.
I read that selection by a panel has the advantage of power for women. However, they do anyway. If a woman wants to castrate a man, she may do so. Therefore, selection by a panel has no added value.
I also read men from 18 to 50 years old. I think we should divide the men into two groups. The group of men aged 18 to 45 and the group aged 45 to 65. Why, I explain later.
What way?
The idea of some people to crush the testicles flat in a vice, is not helping much. Women have to see what rupture does to men, they have to see and hear men in pain, a lot of extreme pain. Only then, women can become comfortable using rupture and men changed their behavior. And that's the whole point of this quota idea. So all chosen men will feel slow testicle torture and rupture, followed by 90 minutes PRT. PRT is an important add because it brings fear to men.
Groups?
Earlier I told about the two groups of men. The idea is to destroy one ball from all the chosen men in Group A and both balls from all the men in Group B. Why? Older men don't need their balls for reproduction anymore. A young man is more likely to lose another ball. Older men are less likely to have them, so it's better to remove them both.
There will be formed a group of all female relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues, business relations, classmates and also ex-girlfriends and ex-wives from all men in group A. They get to vote which men in group A will also lose both balls plus 90 minuten PRT each ball. This has to be 20% of all men in that group. For group B will be formed a group of women too. And those women vote which 20% of men get their penis burned till a second degree burn.
Public?
I read about making the rupture public, and I am agreed with that. Everyone have to see how the chosen men lose their ball(s). So people can come see it, but also showing it on television and internet.
Win a vote?
To draw attention to the rupture, I came up with a lottery. Ten women can choose a man for rupture. The women will be chosen out of the first 500 women who buy a ticket to visit the public rupture. The woman can decide whether the chosen man will lose 1 or 2 balls. Of course all female relatives, friends, neighbors, colleagues, classmates, ex-girlfriends and ex-wives of the chosen men will be informed of the win action. And we will also promote it on social media.

I let a good friend of mine read what I wrote here, and she had an addition. She proposed that, in addition to the selected men between the ages of 18 and 65, a number of boys under an aged of 18 should also be selected at random. The mother of the chosen boy chooses a man who will take his place and have to lose a ball. The mother can choose from the following persons; the boy's father, the boy's adult brother, or an ex-boyfriend or ex-husband. On the chosen boy's 18th birthday, he too will experience slow testicle torture and rupture. Obviously followed by PRT.

A city has 200,000 inhabitants. 30,000 are under the age of 18 and 32,000 are over the age of 65. So 138,000 are between 18 and 65. 44% percent of them are male, so that are 60,720 men. 34.004 men aged 18 to 45 and 26.716 men aged 45 to 65. Let's say we have a quota of 10%, so 3,400 in group A and 2,672 in group B are chosen. The 2,672 men will lose both balls and 534 of them get their penis burned. And of all 3,400 men in group A, 3,060 men will lose 1 ball. The group of women will select 680 men by vote who will lose both balls.
So, 6,072 men will get a merciless ball destruction. I think a lot of them are innocent men, but still 2,720 of them lose one ball and 3,352 two balls.
My feeling.
OK, This was what I think is good to make rupture more normalizes.
But what do I feel. I am scared, very scared. I will soon be part of Group B. And when the quota is introduced there is a change of 1 out of 10 that I will be chosen. I'm sick of the idea of being chosen. I'm no stranger to punishment, but those were just kicks to the balls. Hard at times, but deserved. I'm a good boy who doesn't want to avoid punishment. (Read my comment from 3 May 2023 @ "Equity Part 2") If a good kicking is needed, OK. A rapture sounds very painful, but I understand it can be needed, so OK. But PRT?
