Punishing Innocent men.

 

Before I continue on with more detail on PRT practices I felt it was important to cover a few other things. One of those is punishing the testicles of a man who is innocent or is likely innocent of the crime they have been found guilty of.

 

The idea of punishing an innocent man differently or at all may sounds strange especially as we often support the idea of fair punishments. It may sound strange but there is a good reason for it. I wanted to write about it to clear up any confusion and to help women dealing with these issues in the real world.

 

Let’s use a scenario to explain this. In this example a woman is leaving an office after working late and reports that a man was following her in a stalker like way to her car. She does the right thing and reports these to the HR dept who want the man responsible punished. The woman only gives a vague description but it resembles one of the male cleaners who was at work at that time.

 

This man is confronted and given the sexual nature of the crime is sentenced to lose a testicle and to take one hour of PRT. This would be a fair punishment for the crime and the man even agrees. The problem is the man says he is innocent and points out that there are lots of men in the building who look similar to him. In this case he is right in what he says and asks if he can have some leniency given how he is innocent.

 

At this stage the HR dept has a male suspect who fits the description and they know that if they accuse another man he can just say the same thing so they want to go ahead with finding this one guilty. The man accepts that this is their decision but asks to be spared rupture and just given a harsh kicking instead as he didn’t do the crime.

 

In this case the woman agrees and he is just given a harsh kicking. Now in this case while the male claimed he was innocent he lied and just tried to escape the punishment he deserved. This means he was not correctly punished, the woman who reported him was let down and he did not learn his lesson. So a week later he reoffends and this time physically grabs a woman’s breasts in an elevator. This is a much more severe crime and one that could have been avoided. So it is for this reasons that even if there is a high chance the man is innocent he must be fully punished.

 

 

This is such a problem that a woman who applies male punishments can’t be seen as going easy on a man who is or is most likely innocent. She could lose her job or be blamed for events in the future. So her only option is to be much harder on him because of this. This is why if two men were accused of a crime, one was clearly guilty and one was probably innocent the innocent one would be punished harder.

 

It may sound harsh but even if there is a good chance a man is innocent we can’t afford to let a sex offender escape punishment. So it is much better that a good rate of men who are punished with testicle rupture are innocent than we allow some guilty men to escape it. I think any good man will agree that it would be better for him to be punished, even with rupture and PRT than for the company to risk letting a sex offender go free to commit more crimes. If a man does not agree with this then he is part of the problem and his reasons should be questioned. As a Spector it would be much better to watch a man have is testicles tortured, one ruptured then slowly destroyed with PRT and at the end find out he was innocent than even risk a woman being assaulted in anyway. If a man does not agree then he obviously thinks differently.

 

There are some selfish men who don’t support this but they are probably the most deserving of long punishments. This practice does help keep society and women safer and it proven to work. It’s not cruel is fair.
