Hi, Thank you for writing this and as others are asking questions I might to. Given a woman can agree to sex then take away consent halfway through. What are your thoughts on a situation where a woman agreed to sex then changed her mind. Could she use the testicle twist then or how can she use that in that situation? Thank you...
It is well established that a woman can give consent to sex then take it back. This is nothing new and needs to be respected. If a man continues after consent has been revoked then he is a rapist.
So yes the testicle twist can be used and you should rupture at least one testicle with the technique if possible. 
Perhaps you can move your hands into place before you tell him to stop and if he does, great. But if not then you can begin to squeeze. Then if you do squeeze he will probably ask you to let go as you compress his testicles. Sadly he is clearly only now agreeing because of the pain so there is no guaranty that if you let go he will not attack you. It will probably be safest to ignore his cries and continue with the technique. Instead focus on getting a testicle to rupture.
So because he is only responding to the pain it is probably a good idea to rupture at least one testicle. Then as we have discussed push into the ruptured ball to make sure the damage is sufficient. After you are sure a rupture has occurred and the testicle is sufficiently damaged then it should be safe to release him. Or continue with the second testicle if you choose.
I feel in this situation squeezing to rupture is needed and should be used. But feel free to share you thoughts.

    Thank you for all this important information. It is not easy to read but this knowledge can be a life saver. All women should be taught this to be prepared and to know how to effectively retaliate in a rape situation. I was wondering about the point when the attacker is already aroused with erection, and his testicles are lifted to his body and his scrotum becomes much tighter. Many men also have naturally tighter scrotum. In this case, I guess it would be difficult to properly grab such a sack the way you described. What would you recommend for this situation?

An interesting punishment method

I was sent an email by someone who told me about this form of testicle torture/punishment. It was about a method allegedly used in Turkish prisons. Turkish prisons are known for their harsh punishments and tortures featuring the testicles have been reported throughout the middle east. Not sure how accurate it is but I wanted to share it for your thoughts. Firstly a male sentenced to the punishment is placed in a isolation cell. They are given plenty of water but little food for the 24 hours leading up to the punishment to limit vomiting during the sentence.
