  Punishing Innocent men.   Before I continue on with more detail on PRT practices I felt it was important to cover a few other things. One of those is punishing the testicles of a man who is innocent or is likely innocent of the crime they have been found guilty of.   The idea of punishing an innocent man differently or at all may sounds strange especially as we often support the idea of fair punishments. It may sound strange but there is a good reason for it.
