During these punishment there is a lot of focus on the man, is he in enough pain? Is he restrained ok? How do we get him to the hospital? Plus his constant screams of pain as he takes the punishment.   But as the woman applying the punishment you need to look after yourself as well. We touched on breaks in the last bit and as PRT sessions can last hours your need to make sure you take them. Most torture techniques require the woman to use her fingers very intricately and they can tire over time. She can get cramps and if you wait until you get cramp it’s too late. So rest your hands and leave something vibrating on his ruptured testicle so he continues to feel pain as you relax.
